Thoropass Connect Terms and Conditions

Personal Data

When you register for Thoropass Connect or a Thoropass event, we collect information such as name, address, phone number, and email address (aka ‘registration data’). We use this information to communicate with you and facilitate your registration. Additionally, we may share your registration data with partners and sponsors of Thoropass in order to provide event information, tailored invites, and personalize your experience at Thoropass Connect or future Thoropass events. 

Registrants can opt-out of communications at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in all email communications. Opting out of communications will prevent your data from being shared with partners and sponsors. Opting out will not impact your ability to attend the Thoropass Connect event.  

Account and User Information

We collect personal data when you sign-up for a Thoropass event, create or modify user information, set preferences, or provide any other related information to access or utilize our Subscription Service. 

Payment Information 

We use a secure third-party payment service provider, Eventbrite, to manage payment processing, which is collected through a secure payment process. Thoropass does not store your billing information in any owned systems. If you provide payment information through the thoropassconnect.com website, we use it solely as authorized by you in accordance with the Thoropass Privacy Policy. 

Customer Testimonials 

We may post customer testimonials and comments on our websites, which may contain Personal Data, such as first name, last name, job title, and company. We obtain each customer’s consent via email or through other agreements between customers and Thoropass prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.

Photo Release

By entering the Thoropass Connect event or related sessions, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Thoropass and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

Cancellation Policy

You can get a full refund on your pass until Monday, August 26, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (30 days prior to the event). After this date, no refunds will be issued.

Please note: if the in-person event gets canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.

As a reminder, discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
